With New Hampshire just around the corner, Hillary continues to harp on Obama's inexperience.  Obama's record may be shorter than Hillary's, if you count her stint as First Lady; however, I think we Americans are tired of experience.  Hillary's experience helped bring about the war in Iraq.  Hillary's experience failed to prevent the genocide in Rwanda.  I don't want to implicate Hillary in all of our failures, but suffice it to say that experience doesn't always make the right choices.  Obama brings real hope of change and we're ready for change, whatever that may bring on a federal level. 

I'm 28 and I've been able to vote in 2 presidential elections.  People my age and younger are mobilizing precisely because we've seen what damage experience can cause.  We aren't interested in the Washington establishment because past decisions, domestic and related to foreign policy, haven't satisfied our desires for social justice, peace, and security.  So Obama wants to sit down with Ahmadinejad - it can't hurt to try!

Finally, what does congressional experience have to do with being President?  Who was the last senator to be elected president?  Senators make laws; presidents enforce them.  Experience as a governor (consider Bill Clinton, not Hillary) has direct parallels in the presidency, but Hillary's argument for experience has more to say for Huckabee or Bill Richardson than for herself.  So, Hillary's experience may help her to deal with Congress, but will she be able to bring an end to the war she helped to start?
