With Edwards coming to Obama’s support against Hillary, is
he making a second attempt at becoming the Vice President? He claims to share Obama’s interest in
change, something which Hillary’s “experience” belies. His warmth and Southern accent may also complement
our man from Chicago’s somewhat
heady approach. The close race in 2004 was a nice résumé for the position, but
he’s still in the camp of those senators who approved the Iraq War. While he has been honest and contrite about
that vote, it’s still a decision that continues to affect us all.
Personally, I’m looking for an Obama-Kucinich ticket. Change?
Heck yeah. Kucinich is arguably
more anti-war than Obama. Their combined
push for energy independence and clean energy would not only combat global
warming; it would help us rethink this “war on terror”.
Will Obama make ABC regret their decision to exclude
Kucinich from the latest debate?
